Hey folks, Round 2 for this post, as we got more updated pics and such. My roommates Rylee, Assia and I are looking for a 4th gal or couple to join us to sign a 1 year lease, starting in September in a gorgeous, spacious & bright 3 bedroom and den. It is brand new, everything is energy efficient with laundry on site. It is 4 levels, with the master bedroom (yours) on the 2nd floor - and it is pretty self contained. It’s super sweet! We would be occupying the 3rd floor bedrooms, along with the den as a bedroom. However, the downfall is the den is connected to the patio. Our gal wouldn’t mind you walking through to use it though! Utilities & internet as extra. The master comes with a walk in closet, is super spacious, double sinks, shower and tub that are separate. The rent for the room would be $1100 + utilities. The house is conveniently located. There is a bus stop right beside the house that is a short 5 minute ride or a 15 minute walk to Lansdowne Station. Food Basics, Shoppers Drug Mart & Galleria Mall all a short walk away. Before you continue: This is a 4/20 friendly household. Some use for medical purposes. There is the kitchen/common living room area that is on the main floor. We will not be using in those areas.
